All orders placed before midday will leave Pop Shots on the same day. Our courier collects parcels every afternoon, Monday – Friday.
Once the courier collects your vapemail, you should receive it in:

Unfortunately we don’t offer shipping outside of New Zealand and Australia at this time. If you would like to be notified when we start shipping overseas, email help@popshots.co.nz.
New Zealand orders are delivered via signature courier. If you cannot sign for your package, you can request non-signature delivery in the order notes on the shopping cart page. Note – If you request delivery without signature, Pop Shots is not liable for missing or damaged items.
DHL requires signature by default.
Australian Standard Post deliver parcels without signature.
Once we pack your order, we will send you an email with a tracking link.
When the courier collects and scans your parcel (usually around 5pm Monday - Friday) the tracking link is activated and will start to display tracking information.
Please allow some time for the tracking link to activate.
Alternatively, you can track your parcel via the NZ Post website, DHL website, or Australia Post website.
No Information/Processing/Handed Over To Depot
When Courier Post collects your vapemail from Pop Shots they scan it and deliver it to the local depot.
If your parcel passes through Courier Post’s Auckland or Christchurch sorting centres, it is scanned and the tracking status updates to “In Transit”.
Parcels that don’t go through these sorting centres are not scanned until local drivers collect them for delivery. Leaving the tracking status as “No Information/Processing” when your parcel is actually in transit.
While your parcel may appear to be sitting at the local depot, it is likely in transit and should still arrive within Courier Post’s agreed service levels.
This is a known issue with Courier Post’s tracking system. Unfortunately Pop Shots and other businesses are at the mercy of Courier Post’s processes. We apologise for the lack of tracking information and confusion this may cause.

Check the tracking link we provided in your order confirmation email. If your parcel has been collected from Pop Shots and you have not received your vapemail within:

Australia Post
Most parcels should clear customs within 24 hours and arrive within 3-10 working days.
In some cases, customs may carry out a spot check which can take an additional 2 – 4 days.
Unfortunately Australia Post offers limited tracking information. Also, posties don’t always scan parcels as they move through depots. So it may look like your parcel is not moving.
If your parcel has not arrived, you can contact Australia Post to follow up.
Unfortunately, we don’t have access to more detailed tracking information and cannot follow up on your behalf as we are not an Australia Post customer.
The importer or person addressed on the parcel is responsible for paying any customs charges, duty, or taxes.
Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

Pop Shots will not issue refunds for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser.
Different Australian states have their own rules and regulations about vaping. When ordering from our website, it is your responsibility to check the rules that apply to your state or country and order with caution. Pop Shots is not liable for loss or damage of your parcel, or items that are confiscated, destroyed, seized or quarantined by Customs. Pop Shots is not liable for any criminal charges you may incur as a result of ordering products from our website.
