Nicotine Strength and VG/PG Ratio Guide

VG/PG Ratio

70 VG/30 PG

• Suitable for most devices.
• Best balance of flavour, throat hit and vapour production. 

50/50

• Suitable for low-powered devices with high-resistance coils.
• Low to moderate vapour production, strong throat hit.
• More flavour than high VG blends.

Max VG

• Suitable for sub-ohm vaping, dripping or temperature control vaping.
• Creates big, thick clouds.
• Light throat hit and lower flavour intensity. 

Nicotine Strength

Choose based on smoking habit and vapouriser power.

Daily smoking habit

• Few cigarettes: 3-6mg
• Half a pack: 6-9mg
• Over half a pack: 12mg

Vapouriser power

Devices running at high wattage/voltage require less nicotine.

• E-cigarette vapour is an aerosol, made up of tiny droplets containing nicotine.
• The higher the wattage your vapouriser runs at, the more vapour it produces.
• The more aerosol you inhale, the more nicotine you are exposed to.

Generally, the smaller the device, the less powerful it is.

Even if you are/were a heavy smoker, consider dropping your nicotine level if using a high-powered vapouriser.
