Courier Post are experiencing significant delivery delays across New Zealand.
There was a dramatic increase in parcel volumes since moving into Alert Level 3. While this was anticipated, initial volumes were far higher than forecasted.
Courier Post are running extra delivery and 24 hour shifts in their processing sites to increase capacity.
We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding at this time.

We are open for business during the Alert Level 3 Lockdown.
The New Zealand government has implemented a nation-wide lockdown to stop the spread of Covid-19 and keep New Zealanders safe.
Essential businesses, including those which sell vaping products online, can remain open during the lockdown period, while non-essential businesses must close.
We have registered with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) as a provider of essential non-food goods during Level 4 of the Government’s COVID-19 response.
In order to protect our staff and you, we are following the MBIE's guidelines, including:
Couriers are operating during lockdown, but delivery is delayed as they prioritise delivering parcels from healthcare providers and emergency services.
For your safety and theirs, courier drivers will be practising contactless delivery. This means you will not sign for your parcel.
When your parcel arrives, the courier driver will place your parcel on the doorstep, step back two metres and knock. He or she will ask for your name as proof of delivery.
If you are not home, the driver will leave a card to call.

We will adapt our business operations as the covid-19 situation evolves and based on advice from our government. We appreciate your understanding at this time.
